Privacy Policy

Quota Board is a mobile app, published by Mintc Inc., that shows the usage limits of your own Claude and Codex accounts. “We” below means Mintc Inc. This policy is short because the app does very little with your data.

There is no server that receives your data

There is no Quota Board account and no sign-up. The app has no backend. It talks directly to Anthropic or OpenAI using the authorization you grant it. We do not receive, store or see your usage figures, your email address, or your credentials — there is nowhere for them to arrive.

What is stored on your device

• OAuth tokens for each account you add: access and refresh tokens. An OpenAI identity token is used only to establish the account and is discarded before storage. The stored tokens are held in the platform's own secret store — the Keychain on iOS, the Android Keystore on Android — protected by a key the device will not export. They are never written to a plain file, never written to a log, never included in an error message, and never synchronised to another device, an iCloud or Google backup, or a second install.
• Account details that the selected service returns when you sign in: an account identifier and email address, an OpenAI workspace identifier and whether OpenAI marked that workspace for FedRAMP routing when applicable, plus a label you can edit.
• Recent usage readings, cached so the app can show the last known figure together with its age instead of a blank screen.

All of it lives inside the app's own storage area. Removing an account removes that account's tokens and cached readings and asks the selected service to revoke the refresh token. Local deletion still completes if that service cannot be reached. Because operating systems may retain protected credential-store entries across an uninstall, remove your accounts in the app before uninstalling if you want their credentials deleted explicitly.

What leaves your device

Authentication and usage requests go directly to the service you selected: Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for Codex. They are authorized by your own account and ask for your own usage figures. Those requests are covered by that service's privacy policy and terms, not by this one.

Claude sign-in requests profile access only. The Codex device-code flow does not give Quota Board a separate usage-only choice, so it grants a standard Codex credential. Quota Board does not implement an inference or conversation request for either service. It only reads usage and never consumes a reset credit.

What the app does not do

• No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no usage statistics.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No tracking, and no data shared with anyone for any purpose.
• No third-party SDK that collects anything.
• No request for, capture of, or access to a Claude or ChatGPT session cookie.
• No reading or writing of credentials stored by Claude Code or Codex.

This website

These pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes ordinary request information such as your IP address in order to deliver and protect the site. The pages set no cookies, load nothing from another domain, and run no analytics.

Children

Quota Board is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
